Sound Healing is an ancient practice with strong scientific evidence of helping people to manage stress and anxiety. Sound healing has been known to help achieve a higher quality of sleep, improve creativity and memory, enhance concentration and greaten your resilience.

Meditation can help overcome fears, calm your body and mind, reduce stress, anxiety and depression and improve focus. Desbordes’ (Harvard Medical School) research in 2012 stated that “changes in brain activity in subjects who have learned to meditate hold steady even when they are not meditating.”
