WHY ME?
I never offer anything I haven’t lived, tested, or experienced myself.
Every class, every meditation, every breathwork technique, every sound healing practice — I’ve walked through it first.
My teaching blends:
years of personal practice
continuous training
lived experience of healing
a deep understanding of how bodies and minds change after 50
I speak from a place of honesty, empathy, and real-life application — not theory.
"What a great day it is when I have a yoga class. Toni is very friendly and welcoming people of all abilities to join the class. She always offers alternative for challenging moves or pushes us further to make it harder. Just bring the mat and enjoy."
-Viera Ferrar
"Toni is a very patient and well-articulated teacher. She is non-judgmental and wants to spread the awareness that yoga can be for everyone, regardless of age, size, shape or fitness level. I had a very positive experience in her one:one sessions and felt that it helped me to expand my own practice and be more committed to it. I would definitely recommend!"
-Raezelle B

I also really like the meditation at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. I have no hesitation of recommending Toni. She is just fantastic."

"Brilliant yoga ??♀️ teacher! Toni is very passionate about yoga and spreading awareness of how important yoga is for us women in the menopause period. She is incredibly patient, and the way she talks during the session is sooo relaxing. Absolutely adore her and if you need a time off this intensive life, you should definitely do yoga with Toni!!!"
-Evgenia Toskova
"I adore Toni and look forward to every yoga class we do together. The sessions' pitch and pace are ideal in my opinion. Despite the fact that I lack a lot of expertise, Toni always makes me feel supported and applauds my efforts. I highly recommend to everyone to attend the classes but women who are close to or have just entered the menopause should especially do so. Thank you Toni"

What is Yoga?
Yoga is not a collection of poses – it’s a set of tools.
Movement, breathwork, meditation, and stillness work together to support your body, calm your mind, and help you live with more awareness. Yoga meets you where you are and grows with you, especially as you move through life after 50.
What can I expect from your classes?
We begin by grounding — giving your mind time to arrive in your body and in the moment.
Then we weave in gentle breathwork or simple lymphatic massage to wake up the system. From there, we move through a variety of shapes and transitions: seated, lying down, standing, balancing.
We slow everything down toward the end and finish with a guided meditation so you leave feeling centred, steady, and restored.
Why is your class called Gentle Flow?
Because the practice feels like a soft dance for your body.
My style is floaty, connected, and fluid — we transition from movement to movement with awareness and ease.
It’s gentle, but it still builds strength, flexibility, and balance in a way that feels kind and sustainable.
How is your class different?
Everything I teach comes from lived experience, years of practice, and deep study of how the body and mind change over time.
I offer options for every movement so you can challenge yourself or soften — depending on how you feel that day.
You’ll often see me choosing the simplest variation to show that less can be more, and that the most important thing is simply showing up.
