Drawing from my knowledge as a ‘MY Menopause’ Yoga teacher and from my ‘Understanding Menopause at Workplace’ qualification, I created this unique Menopause Course. Taking teachings from the challenges of my own personal menopause experience, I created this course with the specific purpose of supporting women who are on their menopause journey, bringing together western medicine and eastern wellbeing in an evidence-based approach.

The content of the course covers the essentials of Menopause; stages, symptoms and treatments. It will guide you through a specially adapted yoga practice, with breathing techniques and mindful meditation exercises to enable you to manage the main symptoms of menopause. Natural remedies, nutrition, supplements and medical approaches to hormone replacement are also included in the program.

You will also learn:

  • Yoga postures and sequences
  • Breathwork
  • Meditation and mindfulness practice
  • Visualisation
  • Journaling and reflecting

This course is delivered through private one-to-one sessions, either online or in person.

You will receive a toolkit of resources, which you can easily utilise in your day-to-day routine.
