Wellness YoDa

Support for women navigating menopause - grounded, compassionate, and evidence‑informed.

As a certified MY Menopause Yoga teacher with additional training in Understanding Menopause in the Workplace, I’ve created a Menopause Wellness programme that blends knowledge, lived experience, and practical tools.

My own menopause journey taught me how overwhelming, confusing, and isolating this stage can feel. This programme was born from that experience — to offer women a space where they feel supported, informed, and empowered.

The sessions bring together western understanding of menopause with eastern wellbeing practices, creating a balanced, evidence‑based approach.

You’ll learn about:

  • the stages of menopause
  • common symptoms and why they happen
  • treatment options and lifestyle support

And you’ll practise:

  • adapted yoga postures
  • breathwork for hot flushes, anxiety, and sleep
  • meditation and mindfulness
  • visualisation
  • journaling and reflection

We also explore natural remedies, nutrition, supplements, and medical approaches such as HRT — so you can make informed choices that feel right for your body.

This programme is delivered one‑to‑one, online or in person, giving you the privacy and space to share openly and receive personalised support.

Menopause doesn’t have to be endured.

With the right tools, it can be navigated with awareness, steadiness, and self‑compassion.

What Are the Benefits of One‑to‑One Menopause Classes?

One‑to‑one menopause sessions give you something deeply valuable — space that is entirely yours.

These sessions are crafted for women like you and me who want personalised support, clear guidance, and practices that genuinely help us feel more balanced during this stage of life.

In a private setting, you can speak openly and confidentially about what you’re experiencing — physically, emotionally, and mentally. I listen, I adapt, and I shape the session around your needs on that particular day. Nothing is generic. Everything is tailored.

You’ll receive practical tools you can use in your daily routine:

movement, breathwork, meditation, journaling prompts, and simple techniques to help manage symptoms with more ease and awareness.

It’s a safe, steady, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and supported — without judgement, pressure, or comparison.
